Darlene Edskerud

Darlene is a gifted leader and communicator, passionate about strengthening and equipping the body of Christ to discover and fulfill their full potential. She has been in full-time ministry for 36 years, specializing in developing leaders, teaching, and discipleship. She has a wealth of wisdom gained from pioneering and leading ministries with Youth With A Mission (YWAM), local churches, and nonprofits. Darlene and her husband spent nearly 20 years serving with YWAM, including almost 10 years leading a YWAM ministry in Romania after the fall of communism.

She has been part of Bethel Church in Redding, CA, for 12 years. She completed three years at the Bethel School of Ministry and served on staff for four years before launching the Kingdom Culture and Personal Revival school in Romania in 2021. Darlene is also a Bible teacher at the Bethel School of Ministry and the director of Arise Global and FullyFunded.
Eszter Rudolf

Eszter is a musician, worshipper, creative, and lover of God. Since joining the staff of KCPR in 2022, she has experienced freedom, acceptance, and healing encounters that fuel her passion for walking alongside others in their journey with God. Currently serving as Assistant School Director and teacher, Eszter is dedicated to helping students grow in their identity, embrace the abundant life God offers, and live with purpose. With a lifelong history of serving in the local church in various roles, her heart for ministry and discipleship has been formed over many years. She is a graduate of the GBI Discipleship School in Cyprus, an experience that profoundly deepened her relationship with God. She is also a trained SOZO counselor and brings valuable insight into inner healing.
Alongside her ministry role, Eszter works in project and program management, while also dedicating time to creative projects she’s passionate about—believing that, as God is the Creator, we are made to create too. She carries a strong desire to see people set free and fully alive and is passionate about cultivating a community marked by love, truth, and transformation.
Ana Stafford

Ana was born and raised in Medias, Romania. She is a gifted teacher and skilled pastoral counselor with a tremendous heart of compassion for seeing people healed emotionally and spiritually. Her vision is to equip and empower people to live in wholeness. She has years of experience discipling people to become free and reach their full potential in Christ.
Ana served in full-time ministry with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, for 26 years. During that time, she and her husband pioneered a family ministry that reached families and children in crisis.
Passionate about adoption, she and her husband have adopted two beautiful children. Because of their love for adoption, they also led a ministry in Romania for adoptive families, significantly changing the adoption system in their city and nation.
Ana and her family have been members of Bethel Church in Redding, CA, since 2015. She is called to bring Kingdom Culture and personal revival to Romania and the nations.

I’ve been married to my beautiful wife, Marcela, for over 17 years, and I’m the father of six children. I joined the KCPR staff team four years ago. I love our KCPR in-person Encounter weekends, and I also love to hear from our students about how God is changing their lives through the school.

Together with my amazing husband, we lead small churches in different villages. In KCPR, I experienced healing, mindset renewal, and confidence in hearing God's voice. I was born in Norway and moved to the U.S. at 18. My wife and I served as missionaries for almost 20 years and helped pioneer YWAM in Romania after communism. I am the co-founder of Arise Global Ministries and I'm passionate about equipping the body of Christ to arise and shine.

I am the wife of an amazing man, mother of four children, and passionate about people being set free! I love to see people walk in their full identity in Christ and bring the Kingdom of God into every area of society. Being part of the KCPR staff helps me see all those things come to life.
I’ve had a passion for the nations to encounter Jesus since I was seventeen. I completed three years of ministry school, and now I'm in full-time ministry with Arise Global, bringing revival and healing to the nations. I want to see people set free, healed and awakened to their true identity and destiny.

I love God. He has changed my life and can change yours too! I'm from the Czech Republic and work in audio tech. I love music, mountains, sports, theology, and time with friends. I've been a youth pastor for six years. I studied ministry in the U.S., where I met some of these amazing KCPR people.
I’m from Tg Mureș but have lived in Cluj Napoca for 11 years. I am one of the first fruits of the KCPR schools in Romania. I strongly believe in this school because of all the freedom and personal growth I experienced from it. My passion is to see people set free and restored to their identity.
